We’ve also got a few locally run boutique shops dotted around that you could peruse.
For a dash of community spirit we’ve got The Painswick Centre which frequently hosts a range of quirky and creative events including the monthly ‘Wick-Flix’ cinema. Or, if you’re feeling more energetic, there’s the tennis courts, bowls club or recreation grounds – not to mention the cricket, rugby, tennis and golf clubs.
On a more practical note we’ve also go a GP surgery, pharmacy, dentist and super-fast broadband.
If all of that isn’t enough, there’s the regular bus service that can whisk you away to nearby Stroud, Cheltenham or Gloucester. Not bad for a quaint Cotswold Village.
